Report a correction

Send the OpenDocket case URL, the wording you believe is incorrect, and a link to the relevant court record if you have one. Tell us whether the issue is an incorrect explanation, a missing development, or a broken source link.

OpenDocket uses AI to explain selected records. Explanations can be incomplete or out of date. We cannot provide legal advice or change the underlying court record.

Get help signing in

Public cases do not require an account. Where sign-in is available, use Google or an email code. Email codes expire after five minutes; request a new code if yours has expired and check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Use the same email address as your existing account. If you no longer have access to Google, you can try an email code for that address. If you have lost access to the inbox too, recover it with your email provider. Support cannot grant account access based only on a claimed email address.

When reporting an error, include the time, browser, sign-in method, and error message. Never include the sign-in code itself.

Manage your information

Where accounts are available, open the Account page to change your display name, sign out other devices, or delete your account. Deletion may require a fresh sign-in. Email address changes are not currently supported.

Email us for privacy requests or help with account deletion. For concerns about personal information in a public case, include the case URL and identify the material.

Report a security issue

Email hello@opendocket.ai with “Security” in the subject. Describe the affected page and what you observed without including credentials or other people’s private data. If you can still access your account, sign out other devices from the Account page.
